Soy Protein Decanter Centrifuge

 

LW250 centrifuge is a small rotary drum centrifuge, which is a small industrial decanter centrifuge in the industry. The drum diameter is 250mm (9.9 inches). Because of its compact design, the centrifuge is widely used for solid-liquid separation in conditions requiring small throughput or limited space. It is also ideal for experimental testing in decanter centrifuges. The 9-inch centrifuge manufactured by Crown Energy is available in three configurations: constant speed control, full hydraulic control and variable frequency control.

 

 

Its working principle is that when the suspension to be separated enters the drum of the centrifuge, the solid particles with higher density than the liquid phase will quickly settle to the inner wall of the drum under the centrifugal force of the drum. The screw conveyor inside the centrifuge pushes the solid phase deposited on the inner wall of the drum to the drying area at the small end of the drum for further dehydration, and then discharged through the slag outlet, and the separated clear liquid will flow out of the overflow weir at the large end of the drum.

 

1.This liquid clarifying device adopts horizontal design which balances the layout of electric motor and bowl. As a result, outstanding operation stability generates minimized vibration.

2.Dual electric motor control enables stepless speed adjustment on bowl and spiral components.

3.Scroll conveyor flight inside this continuous centrifuge is painted by abrasion resistant alloy or welded by hard alloy. Moreover, main components on our horizontal decanter centrifuge, such as rotating bowl and spiral parts, are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel or dual-phase steel, whereby offering exceptional speed limits and separation ratio.

4.Our mud dewatering equipment comes with three options including cycloidal gear, planetary gear and hydraulic differential, resulting in large rang of differential adjustment. Therefore, this industrial centrifuge can be applible to diverse solids.

5.Multiple protections are available on our horizontal decanter centrifuge to ensure operation safety, including over-vibratation protection, bearing temperature detection, screw conveyor torque protection rotating and differential speed detection, as well as nitrogen-filled explosion-proof protection, motr overload and over heat protection.

6.JG type rubber shock absorber requires no anchor bolts.

 

 

According to user’s requirement, the product contact parts can be made of austenite stainless (321, 316L….), Haynes alloy, titanic alloy or other anti-erosion materials.
